Sadly, the phenomenon of the self hating “kapo Jew” is not uncommon throughout Jewish history. Whether through profound ignorance or some deep seated psychological need (ie Stockholm Syndrome) such individuals turn their backs on their own people, land, culture and history. What they never understand until it is too late is that there is no great success in being on the last train to Auschwitz.

Thank you for writing this. It is bewildering and frightening to see how those who would like to think of themselves as standing for the defense of human rights and dignity, are actually working to pursue the goals of hitler and the nazis.

We, in Spain know well people like Cassel: we have one as prime minister, Sánchez. He is the responsible of the disaster of the Vuelta ciclista whith terrorist people attacking professional cyclists. Spanish Jewish people is not safe. Like in pogroms in old centuries

It’s hard not to wonder if Qatar, or some other like minded entity, is funding the Guardian. They are hardly better than Pravda in most respects.

Thank-you for this. The broader society seems blind to how truth has been choked out and replaced in all the insidious ways you so clearly describe.

Thank you. The two-year deluge of accusations and libels are designed to keep us reactive and on the defense. This is why I increasingly argue that by running a defensive strategy trying to disprove accusations and writing well-researched thought pieces on the legitimacy of Israel and the war in Gaza, Jews, Israelis, and allies are playing directly into Islamist hands. Instead, the full thrust should be an offensive of exposing evidence on Hamas’s strategy of deliberate civilian sacrifice in Gaza, loudly calling out the public torture and executing Hamas carries out regularly in Gaza, and rallying worldwide allies who understand what the global machinations of Islamist theocrats and the militias they Instead, the full thrust should be an offensive of exposing evidence on Hamas’s strategy of deliberate civilian sacrifice in Gaza, loudly calling out the public torture and executing Hamas carries out regularly in Gaza, and rallying worldwide allies who understand what the global machinations of Islamist theocrats an

As Maral points out, this all leads to a moral justification to do away with the Jews since they are presented as the nazis of the 21st century. As I already wrote, it all looks like the stage is being set for a second worldwide holocaust. Never forget that killing all jews is ordered to all muslims in the second part of the Ku’ran very clearly. It is an obligation put forward to all muslims by Allah through his prophet Mohammed.

In 1970s, at the height of Soviet Union's absolute subjugation of its populace, there were two primary media houses in the country, Izvestiya (meaning 'News') and Pravda (meaning 'Truth'). Both were government puppets, Izvestiya was official publication of the Soviet government and Pravda was the official newspaper of the Soviet communist party.

The people of Soviet Union, despite being bombarded by propaganda from these two media houses knew better. They shared a joke amongst themselves that "there is no Izvestiya in Pravda, and there is no Pravda in Izvestia" (there is no news in truth, and there is no truth in news).

The Guardian and the BBC are UK's versions of the Izvestiya and the Pravada. Actually worse, as they come with the veneer of credibility purportedly because they are publications in an open and democratic country, both of these adjectives of course not as applicable to the UK of today.

”A sly exercise in omission, distortion, and demonization” should be the Guardians motto. If Cassel and the Guardian wish to cover the horror of war accurately they could do so without dehumanizing Israelis, but it’s easy to see that dehumanizing Israelis is the point. What does this accomplish for the Gazans they pretend to care about? Worse than nothing, it helps Hamas. The Guardian again takes first prize in the blood libel competition. Perhaps they think hiring Jews to do their dirty work shields them from accusations of antisemitism but it reveals the depths of their cynicism.

This is horrible. Thank your your courage to expose it. This quote is sadly so so true right now: “ When propaganda needs proof, it manufactures it. ”

As an American librarian, I had the misfortune of reading the Guardian twice, both in 2008. It's the equivalent of Henry Ford's The Dearborn Independent. It creates a fictional antisemitic narrative, then tells people how evil Jews and anyone who is not a Leftist are.

The cinematographic art, perhaps the most abused of all the arts, thanks to the power of visual imagery! It has become a terrible weapon in the hands of the least qualified to use it. Kudos once again, Maral, for your loyal devotion to the cause of Truth and Good!

The same people who rail against the presence of a Jewish state in the levant welcome the white flight of the working class from the major cities of England. In years to come, if there is a coup or a democratic takeover of England by Islamists, will these apologists of the dissolution of our nation acknowledge the irony and hypocrisy of their position? Of course not. At least the Israelites and Judeans kept accounts of their inability to listen to their prophets who warned them of the danger of foreigners buying up their institutions. I wonder whether we will retain such humility.

This turns my stomach. Thank you for fighting against the blood libels.
